Rolling out homemade pasta dough requires a large board with edges (check out Pasta Grannies on YouTube!). Made out of maple wood with a food grade mineral oil to seal it. The board is 29” long x 20” wide x 3.5” tall. It has a lip on the front so it can catch the edge of a counter or stove top when you roll out the dough. Rolling pin is NOT included.
